1. Natural ingredients for the recipe are selected and mixed (this can include natural rubber, natural plant oils, and waxes).
2. The mix is put through NFW’s proprietary manufacturing processes that turns it into a sheet.
3. The sheet gets laid on top of a backing (organic cotton or TENCEL) and layers are naturally bonded by applying heat and pressure. No need for adhesives! 
4. After a short press, the material can be cut and sewn into a garment.
