Authenticated Resale is the dedicated marketplace for buying and selling Another Tomorrow products you love over and over again. We’ve created this opportunity for your items to continue to be loved and to have a responsible end of life.

You will find real Another Tomorrow verified product that has been pre-loved by another community member. These pre-loved Another Tomorrow pieces will ship directly to you after being verified by the Another Tomorrow team.

You will pay via our secure checkout in the same way as with any Another Tomorrow order. Simply "Add to Bag" and proceed through the checkout as usual.

All pre-loved items ship directly from the Another Tomorrow authentication team. This is to ensure that every item is verified and high quality. Your order will typically arrive within 3-5 days post-purchase.

Authenticated Resale items can be returned up to 14 days from your order date. Items must be returned to us unused, unwashed, and with all Another Tomorrow tags still attached.

Not right now! The Authenticated Resale service powered by Recurate is only available to buyers within the US. We are unable to fulfill international shipping orders at this time.

Our goal is to give you the best value for your item, sell it fast, and find your items a new home to be loved again and again. Not to mention, it's simple:

1. Scan the QR code within the garment on your phone. If your item does not have a QR code, please email our Customer Support team at hello@anothertomorrow.co.
2. Select the “Resell This Item” option and fill out the listing form.
3. A shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.
4. Package and ship your item to Another Tomorrow.
5. You will receive an email confirmation once Another Tomorrow has authenticated your item.
6. After we have authenticated your item and confirmed the condition, you will instantly be sent a store credit for 90 percent of the resale price.

Authenticated Resale is the official program for a sustainable end of life for all of our garments.

You can sell most Another Tomorrow products through our pre-loved program. Once approved, we will place it in the Authenticated Resale collection for any customer to purchase.

Note: At this time, we do not resell AT Essentials or garments that are visibly stained or damaged. Feel free to reach out to hello@anothertomorrow.co with any questions about your listing. 

You will see the estimated resale price on the seller listing form, but the Another Tomorrow team will ultimately select a price based on the item’s condition.

The Authenticated Resale pricing tiers and seller payout structure is below for guidance:

CONDITION:

• Tags on, never worn - Your item has never been worn or washed and the original tags are still attached. 

RESALE PRICE - 70% Of original retail price

SELLER PAYOUT (STORE CREDIT) - 90% of resale price

• Excellent - Your item has been gently worn and washed but has no visible signs of wear.

RESALE PRICE - 60% Of original retail price

SELLER PAYOUT (STORE CREDIT) - 90% of resale price

• Good - Your item has been gently worn, has been tailored or altered and/or has minor visible signs of wear such as small thread pulls or a missing button.

RESALE PRICE - 40% Of original retail price

SELLER PAYOUT (STORE CREDIT) - 90% of resale price

Tags On Never Worn

Your item has never been worn or washed and the original tags are still attached.

Your item has been gently worn and washed but has no visible signs of wear.

Good

Your item has been gently worn, has been tailored or altered and/or has minor visible signs of wear such as small thread pulls or a missing button.

If you would like to part with a pre-loved Another Tomorrow garment that has significant signs of wear, please get in touch and we will gladly assist. 

If our team determines your garment condition differs from your submission, we will contact you directly. You will have the option to list the item at the updated condition and price or have it returned to you.

If you would like to part with a pre-loved Another Tomorrow garment that has significant signs of wear, please get in touch and we will gladly assist.

Our dedicated quality team reviews every item before it goes live. We want to make sure your buyer is happy and your item sells! We review:

- Blemishes or quirks: to make sure they are accurately described 

- The condition you selected: to make sure it accurately reflects your description

- The product: to make sure it is an authentic piece 

Once your item is received and authenticated by our team, you will receive a store credit via email within 48 hours.

We currently offer participation in the Authenticated Resale collection only to sellers within the US.

Once you have listed your item, a member of the Another Tomorrow team will review your submission. Once your item is approved, a prepaid trackable shipping label will be emailed to you, and you must send the item within 3 business days to Another Tomorrow. You do not have to pay extra for shipping. Please carefully and neatly pack your item and drop it off with the shipping label at the nearest USPS post office. You can also hand it to your mail person. When your item sells, Another Tomorrow will handle shipping to the buyer.
