Why do Another Tomorrow products cost so much less than other luxury brands?

Products from other luxury brands face a lot of markups based on their business model, which can include retailers and licensing companies. By selling directly to our customers and building our own end-to-end sustainable supply chains, we are able to bring you higher quality, responsibly made products at a lower price point.

How are AT products made?

Another Tomorrow products are sustainably and ethically made. Every decision has been guided by a value system based on three pillars – human, animal, and environmental welfare. All products are made from responsibly grown and ethically manufactured materials such as RWS-certified wool, organic cotton and linen, and FSC certified viscose yarn.

We have set stringent chemical management and animal welfare standards, ensure living wages are paid and safe working conditions provided at our manufacturers, and offset our entire carbon footprint.

Where are AT products made?

Another Tomorrow products are made in small ateliers and factories in Italy and Portugal.

Where can I buy Another Tomorrow products?

You can buy Another Tomorrow products on anothertomorrow.co and via our exclusive partnership with MatchesFashion.com (from March 2020).

What is the tag inside the garment that has a QR code on it?

Our products’ transparent supply chains are viewable by scanning the QR code in your garment with your phone’s camera. Scanning the code will take you to a webpage created specifically for your individual garment that outlines its provenance and traces its journey from farm-to-material-to-factory for you to understand exactly how your garment was made and demonstrate what sustainable and ethical production looks like.

The product I want is currently out of stock. What can I do?

Due to the organic scarcity that comes with sustainable supply chains, some of our styles are only available in limited quantities. When an item is sold out, you can be added to our waitlist by emailing us at hello@anothertomorrow.co. We will email you if the product is going to be re-made and offer you the opportunity to purchase.

How do I care for my AT products?

To ensure a long life for your garment, there are several things you can do. First, clean only when necessary. Please reference the care tag as different materials have different care guidelines. Where possible, we have indicated the lowest impact option possible to clean your garment, i.e. hand wash or machine wash, hang dry etc.

Second, Where we could, we provided alternatives to dry cleaning but construction of some of our garments and the fibres won’t allow for conventional washing. For those labelled dry clean only, often times hanging a garment in a well-ventilated space will refresh it. Second, a press or a steam can also help to remove wrinkles and is preferable to dry cleaning. Finally, a garment should only need to be dry cleaned sparingly. Dry cleaning isn’t optimal because of the chemicals used during the process, specifically perchloroethylene. If you do need to dry clean your garment, there are many green dry cleaners that do not use the solvent perchloroethylene or “perc”.

Sustainable & Ethical Production

Are AT products sustainable?

We believe so, however the word ‘sustainability’ means many things to many people and leads to considerable confusion so we prefer to provide a lot of detail so that you can make a fully informed decision. At a high level, all of Another Tomorrow’s products have been sourced, manufactured, and packaged with materials and processes with great respect for the Earth and its inhabitants. You can find much more detailed information about our sourcing practices in our Sustainability section, on product pages, and via our QR scan on the garment’s care label.

Are AT products ethically made?

In our opinion, yes. All of our products are manufactured by factories paying living wages and offering safe working conditions. We utilize certified organic natural materials to avoid chemical pesticides and fertilizers (which have health and environmental consequences) and we ensure that no animals are harmed or killed to make our products.

Do you use any animal products?

One of our guiding company pillars is “do no harm to animals.” We have chosen not to work with any animal products such as leather, silk, or down, which generally require killing the animal. We do use wool sourced directly from two ethical farms, as well as recycled cashmere.

If I want to know more about the provenance of my garment, where can I find that information?

We’re incredibly excited to use a new technology from EVRYTHNG that tracks a garment’s provenance. All Another Tomorrow garments feature a tag on the inside of the garment with a QR code. Simply scan the QR code with your phone’s camera and you will be taken to a webpage created specifically for your garment that outlines its provenance and traces its journey from farm-to-material-to-factory.

Fit & Sizing

How can I determine my size in Another Tomorrow products?

All of our products are created according to established industry standards for fit and sizing. We’ve created a sizing chart to match Another Tomorrow’s size range to your usual size, which is viewable on all product pages. We recommend buying your normal size in all our styles, but if you have any specific fit or sizing questions, please drop us an email at hello@anothertomorrow.co. We are working to bring extended sizing on selected styles to our customers in Fall 2020. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

Payments

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Payment is debited from your account at point of purchase. We also accept ApplePay and PayPal. Please note that when selecting PayPal as an option, you will be directed to the PayPal site during checkout to ‘Log In,’ review the amount to be debited, and click ‘Pay Now.’ Once this transaction is concluded in PayPal, you will be returned to anothertomorrow.co.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

All transactions on this website are processed using Shopify Payments, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@anothertomorrow.co. If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

When will I get my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Domestic orders will be shipped with our Free Shipping method (unless otherwise specified), which takes up to 2 business days to deliver. International orders will take up to 3 - 10 business days to deliver.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay for an international shipment?

Another Tomorrow currently covers the cost of duties and ships your international package with Delivered Duties Paid status. Should DHL or customs bodies in your country contact you regarding duties, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@anothertomorrow.co.

Shipping

Where does Another Tomorrow ship?

We ship both domestically and to many international locations. Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address. We are unable to ship to either a P.O. Box or military addresses. Additionally, we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet these requirements. Please email hello@anothertomorrow.co if you would like further information or have any questions regarding our international shipping.

What shipping method does Another Tomorrow use and how much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping in the United States via FedEx, as well as 2-day delivery service for a $20 fee. For international orders, we offer a 3-5 day shipping via DHL for a flat fee of $25.

Do you offer same day delivery?

We do not currently offer same day delivery.

When will my order ship?

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Orders are processed in 2 - 3 business days and then shipped out via your chosen shipping method.

How can I change my shipping address?

If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@anothertomorrow.co. If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us which contains the tracking number for your shipment.

What steps have you taken to minimize excess packaging and offer sustainable packaging options?

We have reduced our standard packaging to the minimum required to keep your items safe during shipping and have used responsibly sourced and recycled paper as well as a bio-based plastic for our polybags. We hope to source a home-compostable polybag that meets our quality standards soon. In the event that you elect to receive a garment bag, ours is custom-made for us using GOTS-certified organic cotton and FairTrade standards.

Is Another Tomorrow doing anything to offset the carbon dioxide emissions incurred from shipping?

We have created a full carbon offset program, which covers our entire supply chain, business operations, and shipping to your door. For 2018, before we launched the brand, we offset 22 tons to cover the footprint of our start-up operations. For 2019 we offset 100 tons, 110% of our footprint.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return and exchange policy?

  • We offer free and easy returns and exchanges. Refunds are offered for items returned within 30 days of your order date. Sale items are eligible for exchange only or a refund to store credit. Items must be returned to us unused, unwashed, and with all Another Tomorrow tags still attached. If a return does not meet our policy, it will be sent back to you.
  • Our core tailoring jackets and pants in our navy and black colorways are eligible for our size exchange program for up to a year post purchase. Only purchases made after Nov 1 2020 are eligible for this program. Please read more in the Size Exchange Program section below.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Returns are accepted online and in-store. To start a Return or Exchange, head to returns.anothertomorrow.co and enter your order number and shipping zip code or your email address. Once confirmed, you can select which item(s) you’re sending back and print a prepaid return label.

For exchanges, you are able to try a new color / size for any style when selecting which items you’re sending back. To note: This is based on available inventory. We will ship the new color / size right away.

How can I return an item from an international order?

International returns from the UK, Australia, or EU countries can start returns at returns.anothertomorrow.co to receive a prepaid DHL return label.

For returns from countries outside the above, please contact our customer service team at hello@anothertomorrow.co with the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return. Once confirmed by our team, you will receive a prepaid DHL label via email for your return. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and (re)seal the package. Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the exterior and schedule a DHL pick up directly with DHL.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has reached our warehouse, your refund will be initiated. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.

Can I return an order that was a gift?

We are happy to provide store credit, eligible for one year, if gifts are returned to us within the normal 30 day return window unused, unwashed, and with all Another Tomorrow tags still attached. To begin your gift return, head over to returns.anothertomorrow.co.

Size Exchange Program

What products are eligible for the Size Exchange program?

The below products are eligible for our size exchange program for up to a year after purchase. Only purchases made after Nov 1, 2020 are eligible for this program and only products with normal wear and tear will be accepted.

How many times can I exchange and how much does it cost?

Within one calendar year of purchase (commencing November 1, 2020), our core tailoring jackets and pants may be exchanged once, free of charge. This complimentary offer is valid for a single exchange of size per designated item, within one year of the item’s original purchase.

Which size may I exchange for?

Exchanged sizes may increase or decrease from that of the original item, as desired and per availability.

How do I exchange the item?

We don’t typically offer special promotions as our model of selling directly to customers allows us to provide our products at the best possible price every day of the year.

What is Another Tomorrow’s monthly Call to Action?

We are big believers that system change comes from legislation and regulation that provides incentives for individuals, companies, and governments to adjust their behavior en masse. Individual action has a very important role to play in getting there. The Call to Action portion of the site provides a platform for you to raise your voice and communicate with your representatives about key initiatives we believe are critical to climate change, environmental and social justice, and animal rights issues that are central to our values. About the Company

Where did the name Another Tomorrow come from?

Vanessa, our founder, blurted it out by accident in a brainstorming session in the early stages of building the company when the brand did not yet have a name. Melisa, her friend and colleague, said ‘ah! I think that’s the name of the brand!’ as soon as she heard the words come out of her mouth. It was, and remains, Vanessa’s belief that as individuals we would choose a different tomorrow than the future we are currently setting in motion. It is the core mission of this company to be a part of making that alternate future, Another Tomorrow, a reality.
